The notebook in A4 format contains 100 70 g/m2 squared sheets. The sheets are perforated and 4-hole punched (3x80mm). This means you can take your notes out of the notebook at any time and file them in a pointing book. A folder is integrated in the back cover so that you can also stow away loose paper.
