Kolma AG
Sustainability
Sustainability is lived at all levels at Kolma. In production, we pay attention to the most ecological cycle possible, from the raw materials to the manufacture and trade, to recycling.
Our Sustainability Report
It has long been clear that sustainability is important to us. We have now recorded our data on this in our CSR report. Read for yourself what we are already implementing and what we have planned for the future.

Swiss production
As a Swiss company that also produces in Switzerland, we take quality to be a matter of course, as well as sustainability. For us, this includes, among other things, long-term partnerships, short transport routes, and a company that runs with 100 % electricity from Swiss hydropower.
Social responsibility
We owe the great expertise and success of our company not least to our employees. For us, sustainability therefore also means investing in education and training up apprentices. We create a pleasant working atmosphere and focus on a balanced work–life balance.
Alternative materials
We process plastic. We will continue to do so. Nevertheless, we are constantly informing ourselves of new alternative materials from which we can produce our products. Our new desk pad is made of cork, a renewable natural product.
Climate protection
We care about the climate. This is why all LineaVerde and Selection items are made from recycled materials. Climate protection projects are supported via myclimate on the basis of the calculated emissions.
Products made from recycled PET bottles
We have had an entire RPET collection in our product range since 2024. Recycling PET bottles can significantly reduce the burden on the environment. In Switzerland, 1.3 billion bottles are recycled every year. This reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 126,000 tonnes and 34 million fewer litres of crude oil are processed.
More about RPETOur climate target
Starting in 2018, we have set ourselves the goal of reducing our direct (Scope 1) and indirect (Scope 2) greenhouse gas emissions by 50 % by 2030. We are also measuring and reducing our Scope 3 emissions. This target was validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) in 2024.
With this commitment, we are proud to support the goals of the Paris Agreement to limit global warming to a maximum of 1.5 degrees and thus take an important step towards a sustainable future.
